<p>We are a Marketing oriented real estate company who provide brokers with an excellent platform to excel, provide them with the opportunity to sell developer projects as well as open up our extensive marketing resources to provide qualified &amp; prequalified leads.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>We are now hiring experienced Offplan Consultants / Client Managers with Real Estate sales experience to represent our vision and brand to our clients.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>*This is a Commision Based Job*</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Candidate Requirements</strong></p><p>· Minimum of 2 years real estate experience in Dubai</p><p>· Fluent in English. Added languages are an advantage – Arabic / Hindi / Russian / Chinese / Urdu</p><p>· Good Negotiation and persuasion skills</p><p>· Ability to solve problems and work under pressure</p><p>· Good connections with Dubai Real estate developers&nbsp;</p><p>· Self-Motivated</p><p>· UAE D/L and Car is a must</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>• Acquire thorough knowledge of off plan developments in Dubai</p><p>• Prospect potential clients looking to buy &amp; sell property in Dubai</p><p>• Acquire, List and Showcase secondary sale properties in Dubai</p><p>• Source referrals by cold calling data and existing clients</p><p>• Follow and complete the paper work process required post successful transaction</p><p>• Educate prospective clients on Developer Projects Across Dubai</p><p>• Attend to leads, sales queries expand to viewings / closures</p><p>• Be well informed of the Real estate market trends</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Purely Commision based roles, Best performers will get Additional perks</p>
