<p><strong>Main Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Effectively handling inquiries and requests from new agents, ensuring a smooth registration process.</li><li>Oversee agent registration, verifying eligibility, and coordinating with the sales team for finalizing registrations.</li><li>Responsible on managing complaints related to agents, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.</li><li>track and analyze customer complaints, enabling informed decision-making.</li><li>managing inventory and coordinating between teams.</li><li>Managing competing deadlines effectively related to his duties and executing responsibilities and driving operational excellence.</li><li>Ensuring accuracy in all operational activities related to agent management.</li><li>Delivering exceptional service and maintaining agent satisfaction</li><li>Understanding of marketing principles and materials management, contributing to effective marketing support for agents.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Education and Requirements / Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree is a must and preferred in business administration.</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in sales planning and agents management preferred in E Payment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills and Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Good in MS office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li><li>Good command of English is a must (written, reading is preferred )</li><li>Ability to work independently and without supervision</li><li>Time Management</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Well organized ,Attention to detail and follow-up capabilities</li><li>Strong problem-solving and resolution skills</li><li>Proficiency in using data management tools (e.g., Google Sheets)</li><li>Customer-centric mindset</li><li>Effective teamwork with various stakeholders</li><li>Proactive and self-motivated individual</li></ul>
