Job Description

We are looking for individuals who are well experienced in handling HR tasks in day to day operational workloads, to ensure smooth and efficient HR department operations. The ability to handle secretarial work of some complexity and variety in a professional, independent and responsible manner. Ability to work accurately and efficiently with attention to detail while following established procedures Duties:

β€’ Prepare correspondence, forms, brochures, schedules, contracts and reports.

β€’ Prepare new hire and hire packages.

β€’ Initiate and maintain physical and computerized departmental files for all employees and applicants, including checking files for completeness.

β€’ Responsible for the online application process, including checking for completeness of files, sending acknowledgment cards, and notifying those not selected for employment.

β€’ Assist in purging inactive HR records.

β€’ Maintain confidentiality of information.

β€’ Update staff database and maintain accurate staff lists.

  • β€’ Maintains personnel files in an updated and organized manner including activating new personnel files and deactivating records.

Skills

β€’ Must have the skills to be able to explain and prove the basic functions of the job.

β€’ The ability to communicate information clearly and effectively with a variety of people: employees and the general public; Must possess communication and customer service skills in English. Arabic would be a positive point.

β€’ Proven experience of appropriate telephone etiquette and the ability to expedite telephone calls by giving clear, concise and specific information.

β€’ the ability to multitask with frequent interruptions; Must be able to work in a fast-paced, professional work environment, work under pressure and maintain composure; Must be task-oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently.

β€’ Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments and meet deadlines.

Experience and education:

β€’ At least three years of experience in the business sector, preferably in the human resources department required

β€’ Experience of not less than 3 years.

β€’ BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Social Studies or related field additional training will be an added advantage.

β€’ Writing and speaking in both Arabic and English.​
