<strong>Job title:</strong> Officer Employee Services<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Abu Dhabi<br><br><strong><u>Position Purpose<br><br></u></strong>Owning and delivering HR-related services to employees in a timely manner and ensuring accuracy.<br><br><strong><u>Role Description<br><br></u></strong>Assist employees with queries such as:<br><br>leave management, benefits administrations, employee insurance &amp; pension management.<br><br>Coordinate delivery of the Strategic partner through daily, weekly, and monthly governance forums.<br><br>Support any investigations for disciplinary and grievance issues according to the business code.<br><br>Prepare employee-related records/reports and ensure the information are always accurate.<br><br>Analyse employee data including leaves, service performance, and other information<br><br><strong><u>Qualifications And Relevant Roles/Experience<br></u></strong><ul><li>Degree Holder in Business, Administration, or HR. </li><li>Minimum 3 4 years’ experience in a similar position</li><li>Good written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English</li></ul>
