Job Description

To drive revenue maximization by analysing market trends, measuring key KPIs, solving operations research challenges and subsequently implementing effective, creative and user-friendly system solutions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

Key Activities 

  1. Evaluates trends in market conditions using information available from various sources, including market intelligence reports relative to competitor activities as well as political, economic and industry developments.
  2. Creates detailed data-driven reports, analyse and draw conclusions to provide business teams and management with insights on performance.
  3. Identifies and employs appropriate quantitative and qualitative tools for effective presentation of management information to Senior Management.
  4. Continuously measures the effectiveness of existing business strategies and processes and propose improvements
  5. Provides inputs into the development of models and algorithms with the objective of improving key revenue management KPIs such as RASK, yield and revenue.
  6. Works closely with IT and business teams to provide system & report requirements. Tests, delivers and supports effective & efficient commercial systems that drive revenue maximizing capabilities.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (or Equivalent)in Engineering / Finance / Statistics / Accounting / Economics / Mathematics

Experience    

Preferred No. of Years (with Bachelors Degree)    0 

Preferred No. of Years (without Bachelors Degree) 4

Knowledge / Skills    

Knowledge of SQL/Oracle/Access and / or statistical tools
