<p>Seddiqi Holding is a Family-owned and managed company with a unique, diversified portfolio of businesses and brands across numerous sectors. The business includes Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons, Seddiqi Properties, Swiss Watch Services and Mizzen.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Office Support Associate who will be responsible for performing various customer service duties and administration and clerical support to assigned departments as required.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide a high level of visitor/guest hospitality on their arrival to the Seddiqi Holding HQ.</li><li>Approach all guests on arrival or during their scheduled meeting to offer professional and warm hospitality in accordance with Company standards and protocol.</li><li>Ensuring all meeting spaces are prepared for the next meeting, event or day as per the schedule by tidying furniture and coordination of maintenance and cleaning activities.</li><li>Monitor and report any deficiencies or items for repairs of the facility, meeting room or office equipment and coordinate activities to repair and maintain with the appropriate department.</li><li>Sort and distribute internal and external mail and communications in a timely manner throughout the HQ.</li><li>Receive and dispatch mail and communications in a timely manner and ensure all mails and correspondence is reported and submit to supervisor on time. Get all necessary documentation and signatures.</li><li>Maintain pantry supplies, anticipate requirements, prepare orders, and verify receipts and stock delivered items in coordination with Procurement Associate. Ensure the same are properly shelved and stocked as per HQ guidelines.</li><li>Assist Guest Relations and Administrative team members in performing duties as required.</li><li>Provide coverage across all floors of the Seddiqi Holding HQ to ensure prompt, efficient and luxury service is provided at all times.</li><li>Ensure the employee Cafeteria is fully replenished and organized and ensure inventory and stocks are maintained and monitored.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>In order to be successful in this role, you should have:</p><ul><li>High School Graduate.</li><li>1-2 years of relevant experience (preferably from hospitality or food and beverage industry)</li><li>Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite – Basic Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.</li><li>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills along with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are ready for your next challenge, Apply Now!</p>
