Job description
Charterhouse is working exclusively with a global Consulting Firm within Financial Services to assist in the recruitment of an Office Manager for their new offices in the DIFC. Our client has offices in the UK, Europe and Asia and ideally would like someone who has experience in helping setup a new office in the DIFC.
About the role
As an Office Manager, your duties will include but will not be limited to front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients into the business, answering all incoming telephone calls and responding to enquiries as well as making outbound calls. You will also coordinate with outsourcing teams, along with managing paperwork and documentation on behalf of the team and assisting employees with booking of meetings, travel arrangements, managing expenses and any other adhoc work where required.
In addition, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the office which may also include negotiating with suppliers, trade licenses and ensuring stationary is stocked up at all times.

About you
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have a minimum of 3 years administrative experience ideally within Professional Services or Financial Services. In addition to exceptional customer service skills, you must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. As a proven administrator; you will be highly organised, managing tight deadlines and represent the business in the best light at all times.
The suitable candidate will already be residing in Dubai, and it is essential that you possess UAE working experience. You should be a highly motivated individual, eager to grow within an organisation whilst demonstrating excellent teamworking skills. It would be advantageous to have start-up experience.
