<p><strong>Position Title:</strong> Office Manager</p><p><strong>Employment Type: </strong>Full Time </p><p><strong>Salary: </strong>up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus shared accommodation, transportation, and duty meals</p><p><strong>Job Location:</strong> Abu Dhabi, UAE </p><p> </p><p><strong>About the Client: </strong> </p><p>An international F&amp;B group</p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Description: </strong> </p><ul><li>Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.</li><li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office space, which includes managing office supplies and inventory, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment for employees.</li><li>Facilitate effective communication among staff members, departments, and external stakeholders.</li><li>Manage schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing files and records.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> </p><ul><li>At least 2 years’ experience in the same role in the UAE</li><li>HACCP, health, and safety background is a plus.</li></ul>
