Requirements:<p><br></p><ul><li>Filipino nationality.</li><li>Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.</li><li>Should have previous work experience in a interior design company</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.</li><li>Proficient in English, both written and verbal.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Responsibilities:<p><br></p><ul><li>Perform general administrative duties, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.</li><li>Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.</li><li>Assist in preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and reports.</li><li>Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.</li><li>Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.</li><li>Assist in managing office expenses and maintaining budget records.</li><li>Support HR activities, including coordinating recruitment processes and maintaining employee records.</li><li>Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and team-building activities.</li><li>Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and suppliers as necessary.</li><li>Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.<br></li></ul>
