<ul><li>Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ODOO ERP implementation. </li><li>Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing finance and HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimized workflows in line with ODOO capabilities. </li><li>Solution Design: Design ODOO ERP solutions for finance and HR modules, ensuring they align with client requirements and industry best practices. </li><li>Configuration and Customization: Configure ODOO modules and functionalities to meet specific business needs, and oversee customization efforts, if necessary. </li><li>Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of finance and HR data from legacy systems to ODOO. </li><li>Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive test plans, perform system testing, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth implementation and user satisfaction. </li><li>Training and Support: Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of ODOO ERP system within the finance and HR departments. </li><li>Documentation: Create detailed documentation of implemented solutions, including user guides, process flows, and technical specifications </li><li>Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization to understand their needs, provide timely updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as an ODOO Business Analyst, focusing on finance and HR modules. </li><li>ODOO Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and customizing ODOO ERP solutions, particularly in finance and HR. </li><li>Finance and HR Background: Solid understanding of finance and HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, financial reporting, budgeting, and employee management. </li><li>Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions within the ODOO framework. </li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams. </li><li>Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive mindset to resolve issues and overcome challenges during implementation. </li><li>Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering open communication and knowledge sharing. </li><li>Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements and timelines, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. </li><li>Qualifications: A bachelors degree in Computer science. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Benefits</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Medical Insurance </li><li>Paid Leave </li><li>Travel Ticket </li><li>Family Benefits</li></ul>
