<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintain, update, modify the Organization Structure on a periodic basis, ensure system update, automation, data accuracy other related systems.</li><li>Regular update of Job Descriptions, alignment with Recruitment Section, update on the System.</li><li>KPI – process owner for ensuring for review, update all KPIs’ for all job roles.</li><li> Performance Management.</li><li>Responsible for the Performance Management process.</li><li>Process initiation, communication, user training, update, data collection, follow-up, process completion, rating finalization etc.</li><li>Career Planning & Employee development.</li><li>Career Development for Future Leaders, Career Path holders, and similar: ensuring development of career plans, communication, implementation, reporting.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Time management.</li><li>Problem solving skills .</li><li>Verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Effective technical skills</li><li>Good in English both verbally and written.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor Degree in any related field.</li><li>6 Months to 1 Year experience.</li></ul><p></p>
