Job Description
<p>Job Title : PMS – OCL & DEPOT MANAGER.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsible to : PMS O&M Project Manager. </p><p><br></p><p>1. . Manage and supervise the OCL & Depot Team. This team shall be in charge of the operation & maintenance of the PMS OCL & Depot by carrying out activities such as but not limited to the following: Overhead Contact Line (OCL). Depot Area and Equipment. . Other related O&M activities.</p><p><br></p><p>2. Perform Daily Maintenance Issues.</p><p><br></p><p>3. Reviews assigned work orders. Carries out functional planning and scheduling. Regularly provides updates and reports work status.</p><p><br></p><p> 4. Ensures work is completed in a satisfactory manner, in accordance with standards and codes, policies and ensure cost-effective employee performance in the work completed.</p><p><br></p><p> 5. Organizes, improves and standardizes the quality of services and products used in the maintenance of all properties and standardizes diagnostic approaches for troubleshooting.</p><p><br></p><p> 6. Defines and operates a comprehensive Planned Preventive Maintenance System (PPM) which will identify all PPM work that is required and ensure that the work is actually being done as described.</p><p><br></p><p> 7. Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, monthly reports </p><p><br></p><p>8. Plan, organize and manage OCL & Depot staff, overall O&M to ensure the stable and secure operation of the OCL & Depot equipment. </p><p><br></p><p>9. Supervise everyday working of the OCL. & Depot process and increase the efficiency of workers for various growth-oriented programs. </p><p><br></p><p>10. Implement of an effective preventative maintenance program, completion of service requests, to ensure that equipment and facility function as planned to avoid downtime. </p><p><br></p><p>11. Manages supply procurement and scheduling. Coordinates ordering necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.</p><p><br></p><p> 12. Operation and Maintenance of Overhead contact system, Air Compressor System, Industrial Pieces Washing Machine, Break Tester, Gas extraction. Travel Crane, Lifting columns and other OCL & Depot activities. </p><p><br></p><p>13. Determine the timing for cleaning/Maintenance Purposes</p><p><br></p><p> 14. Carry out the OCI. & Depot schedule and the monitoring of all MSOCL & Depot equipment.</p><p><br></p><p> <strong>Education: </strong></p><p> Graduate from an accredited College or university in a relevant field.<strong> </strong></p><p> </p><p> <strong>Work Experience:</strong></p><p> <strong> </strong></p><p> · Minimum Four 4 years’ experience in the Operation and Maintenance Projects <span>OCL & DEPOT </span>.</p><p>· Extensive knowledge of standards and codes of practices related to <span>OCL & DEPOT</span> is required.</p><p>· Strong Communications skills with the ability to deliver results.</p><p>· <span>Ability to analyze problems quickly, and develop corrective actions.</span></p><p></p>
