<p>As a Nutrition Manager at BabyEats, you will play a vital role in promoting healthy eating habits of and providing nutritional guidance to our clients. You will work closely with our customers to create menus and meal plans that cater to specific dietary needs of their little ones, while taking into consideration the cultural preferences of each family. Your expertise and customer-facing skills will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional experience while prioritizing the health and well-being of our clients starting with their very first meals.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Provide Expert Nutrition Guidance:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for clients/customers, taking into consideration their dietary requirements, health conditions, and cultural preferences.</p><p>Develop personalized meal plans, considering factors such as caloric intake, macronutrient distribution, portion sizes, and food allergies or intolerances according to the age group of the child.</p><p>Stay up to date with the latest research, trends, and best practices in nutrition and incorporate them into our offerings.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Client Consultation and Support:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Engage with clients/customers to understand their individual goals, preferences, and dietary concerns</p><p>Conduct one-on-one consultations to provide nutritional advice, answer questions, and offer ongoing support.</p><p>Provide instant support on all customer facing platforms and act upon the requests received while taking into consideration our production lead times and cycles.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Menu Planning and Development:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative, nutritious, and appealing menus for to fit the requirements of all age groups served by BabyEats..</p><p>Develop specialized menus for specific dietary requirements such as vegetarian, Vegan allergen-friendly options or as requested by our clients</p><p>Provide input on ingredient selection, preparation methods, and portion sizes to maintain nutritional integrity while enhancing taste and presentation.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compliance and Documentation:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Ensure compliance with local health and food safety regulations, as well as industry standards, when developing menus and providing nutritional guidance.</p><p>Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including nutritional assessments, meal plans, progress notes, and any other relevant documentation.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.</p><p>Certified Nutritionist or Dietitian with valid licensure in the UAE.</p><p>Specialization in Child Nutrition and Dietetics</p><p>Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer/client-facing environment.</p><p>Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and menu planning.</p><p>Familiarity with a wide range of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-friendly diets.</p><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients/customers from diverse backgrounds.</p><p>Ability to work collaboratively with the culinary team and provide guidance on nutrition while maintaining flavor and presentation.</p><p>Up-to-date knowledge of the latest research, trends, and best practices in nutrition.</p><p>Proficiency in nutrition software and tools for meal planning and analysis.</p><p><strong>Fluency in English AND Arabic is a must.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Note:</strong> This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not encompass all tasks or responsibilities that may be assigned or required for this role.</p>
