Job Description:
• Utilizes engaging methods such as storytelling, games, and activities to create a developmentally appropriate educational experience within the classroom.
• Instils in students a sense of responsibility by teaching and reinforcing classroom and school rules and procedures.
• Conducts regular monitoring of students’ progress and evaluates their preparedness for kindergarten throughout the year.
• Maintains open and professional communication with parents and the director, effectively conveying progress updates and addressing any concerns.
• Establishes and nurtures positive relationships with parents while ensuring the implementation of safety and security standards for children, staff, and visitors.
