About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Night Manager in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Represent the management during the night and supervise the operation in all areas of the hotel. Ensure everything runs smoothly, and maximum guest satisfaction is achieved.
• Liaise closely with the Night Auditor regarding balancing the day’s revenues and the close-day procedure.
• Handle visitors during the night shift professionally and effectively in liaison with security.
• Act in accordance with all security and emergency procedures and manage the instigation of these, as required.
• Maximize room occupancy at the best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
• Demonstrate outstanding knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field from an accredited and renowned University.
• 2 years experience working in a 5 star hotel as Night Manager.
• Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS.
• Fluent in English and other languages, especially Arabic or Russian.
