Do you enjoy working closely with a diverse set of individuals? Are you ready to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously? If this is you then the Atlantis The Palm front office team is looking for someone like you! As a Night Manager, you will take care of Front Office & Lobby night service operations. To be continually in sync with, supporting, and sharing the departmental, divisional, and company goals and policies. It is imperative that front office staff are properly educated, trained, and understand front office procedures in order to provide high-quality customer service. Leading all Front Office and Lobby team members throughout the night shift as well as performing other duties of senior management will be your responsibility. Ensure that all customer complaints and specific requests are handled on time.<br><br><strong><u>About You<br><br></u></strong>If you have a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or any related field or either and extensive Front Office experience, preferably as a Duty Manager or Duty Assistant Manager with a minimum of 5+ years in a similar position within the luxury property. This is an excellent opportunity for someone possessing the ability to successfully contribute and deliver against a business strategy.
