<p><strong><u>Job Title: Network Security Engineer.</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Department: Information Technology.</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Reports To: Director of Information Technology.</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Summary:</p><p><br></p><p>The Network Security Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s network security infrastructure. This includes the development and implementation of security policies and procedures, the configuration of security devices, and the monitoring of network traffic for signs of malicious activity.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>路 Design, implement, and maintain the organization’s network security infrastructure.</p><p>路 Develop and implement security policies and procedures.</p><p>路 Configure security devices, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.</p><p>路 Monitor network traffic for signs of malicious activity.</p><p>路 Investigate security incidents and take appropriate action.</p><p>路 Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and technologies.</p><p>路 Work with other IT staff to ensure the security of the organization’s information systems.</p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>路 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.</p><p>路 5+ years of experience in network security.</p><p>路 Strong understanding of network security concepts and technologies.</p><p>路 Experience with security devices, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.</p><p>路 Experience with security policy development and implementation.</p><p>路 Experience with network traffic monitoring.</p><p>路 Experience with security incident investigation and response.</p><p>路 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><p>路 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>Desired Qualifications:</p><p> </p><p>路 Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.</p><p>路 Security certifications, such as the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).</p><p>路 Experience with cloud security.</p><p>路 Experience with security automation.</p><p>路 Experience with security risk management.</p><p>路 Experience with security compliance.</p>
