We are committed to providing a working environment that promotes work-life balance, career development, recognition and security for the future.</p><p><br></p><p>In line with our strategy, a major part of our transformation journey is to future proof our bank and establish ourselves as a ‘Digital bank with human touch’, for our customers.</p><p><br></p><p>So join us in co-creating the future of RAKBANK!</p><p><br></p><p><em>What You Will Be Doing </em></p><ul><li>The Senior Network, Security and Voice specialist will be responsible for management and administration of the IT infrastructure including Firewalls, WAF’s, IPS, Proxy, Load balancers, Network Switches, Routers, IP-Telephony, MPLS, Internet Leased line’s, VPN , SD-WAN, etc. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>What You Should Have</em></p><ul><li>Must be able to design, deploy, operate, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot Complex IP Networks and interconnected Network Security technologies including overall IT Network (LAN/WAN/4G/WiFi/Mobile), Network Switches, Firewalls, intrusion detection/intrusion prevention, VPN, Antivirus, and Application Load Balancing, Web Application Firewall, Proxy, ISE, Endpoint Security etc.</li><li>Strong understanding of common services (Web, mail, FTP, DNS,AD,AAA etc.), network vulnerabilities and network attack patterns</li><li>Administer and maintain daily operations to ensure the functionality and availability of network and security of IT systems, data centers, Cloud, servers, systems, data, backups, and communications.</li><li>Manage the periodic configuration review/hardening of various components of the network security infrastructure.</li><li>Provide architectural and design input to strategic direction for the development of new project initiates. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>What We Are Looking For</em></p><ul><li>Bachelor in an IT related field or equivalent hands-on experience</li><li>8 plus years’ experience in the relevant role</li><li>Proven experience in designing, building, operating and troubleshooting large scale IT Network systems.</li><li>Strong experience with Network architecture and design.</li><li>Expertise in TCP/IP, support and troubleshooting.</li><li>Understanding of ITIL procedures.</li><li>Strong experience with technical documentation writing and maintenance.</li><li>Preferred to have knowledge of the following technologies specific to the products:</li><li><u>Network Security:</u> advance knowledge of IPS/IDS, perimeter security NGFW, SSL inspection, cryptography Palo-Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint Cisco ASA, Cisco ISE, F5 LTM/GTM, NetScaler, Bluecoat Proxy, ATP, Email security</li><li><u>Switching and Routing</u>: advance knowledge of Cisco Switching and routing.</li><li><u>Application security:</u> advance understanding of OWASP and Web application firewalling F5, policy implementation and maintenance.</li><li><u>Cloud security:</u> advance knowledge of AWS &amp; Azure cloud hosting, design, implementation, and maintenance of secure network in the cloud.</li><li><u>Intercommunication:</u> advance knowledge of MPLS, Lease lines, DMVPN, PRI, IPSEC, SDWAN.</li><li><u>Collaboration:</u> Cisco CUCM, Jabber, Voice Mail, Presence and MS-Teams.</li><li>CCIE, CCNP, CCSP, Palo Alto, Check Point, Blue Coat, F5 (LTM, GTM, ASM,), Cisco ISE, AWS, Azure and ITIL v3 Foundation Certification (optional).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>What’s In It For You</em></p><ul><li>Pay for performance culture (Competitive and performance-linked compensation)</li><li>Provision of medical care plan for your family and you</li><li>Comprehensive Life insurance plan</li><li>Diverse workforce and inclusive culture</li><li>Career development and growth opportunities by design</li><li>Work with the best minds in the field</li><li>Get opportunities to bring your whole-self to the organization and perform to your best.</li></ul>
