<strong>Network Engineer – Saudi Arabia<br><br><em>(Only Saudi nationals can be considered for this role)<br><br></em></strong><strong> Description <br></strong><ul><li>Works as an on-site operational resource, typically as part of a team, to provide product specific expertise in support of the customer’s operational or engineering requirements.</li><li>Works closely with customer and Juniper Technical Assistance Center to resolve issues.</li><li>Acts as a change management engineer for Juniper Networks support and development teams.</li><li>Exercises good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.<br><br></li></ul><strong>KNOWLEDGE<br></strong><ul><li>Maintains a professional knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. </li><li>Has a good experience, product-specific knowledge, and expertise.</li><li>Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.</li><li>Monitor all NMS tools used for network monitoring and act accordingly.</li><li>Maintain all networks KPIs & SLAs overall. </li><li>Support in troubleshooting different network architectures consisting mainly of Juniper Networks </li><li>Build and support Layer-2/Layer-3 VPN services based on MPLS core infrastructure. </li><li>Implement and support MPLS infrastructure using both LDP and RSVP signaling protocols, including extensive support for traffic engineering and protection. </li><li>Implement various BGP scenarios to control and influence routing exchange with both national and international carriers. </li><li>Report any abnormality or problems in the network. </li><li>Prepare a daily, weekly & monthly data reports. </li><li>Handling customer complaints. </li><li>Work with an operation managers, leaders, teams and other professional services consultants providing industry leading technical services. </li><li>Understand the customers’ organizational structure and become familiar with the network implementation </li><li>Follow the MSP process and procedures. </li><li>Transfer knowledge to other team’s members. Position Requirements </strong> <ul><li>Nationality :Saudi </li><li>Bachelor’s degree in (Networking, Telecommunication, Computer, Programming) Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Certification: Preferred JNCIE/P</li><li>Number of experienced years: +5</li><li>Located on-site with the customer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Work on 24/7 shifts that include Mornings/evenings/Nights.</li><li>Work with an operation manager/team leader and other professional services consultants providing industry leading technical services to both the customer and partner</li><li>Understand the customer’s organizational structure and become familiar with the network implementation, support processes and procedures.</li><li>Troubleshoot equipment and network problems and to track JTAC critical (P1/P2) cases through to problem resolution.</li><li>Produce a written summary report of the status of equipment and network problems on a regular basis to the customer.</li><li>Develop secondary skills in other products in the Juniper product portfolio.</li><li>Has a good implementation skills and experience</li><li>Aware about the project management lifecycle</li><li>Developed excellent skills in reviewing design and implementation documents.</li><li>The ideal candidate for this role should be able to demonstrate most of following skills:</li><ul><li>Professional knowledge of Routing Protocols, Switching Networks & hands on troubleshooting of networks.</li><li>Professional knowledge of IPSEC VPN, Security technologies, NAT/PAT, DDOS, Security filter</li><li>Describe, configure, and monitor zones, security policies and firewall user authentication.</li><li>Configure and monitor IDP policy with policy templates.</li><li>Understanding security policies utilizing ALGs, custom applications, and dynamic addressing for various scenarios.</li><li>Understanding static, source, destination, and dual NAT in complex LAN environments.</li><li>Understanding persistent NAT, Carrier Grade NAT (CGN) solutions for IPv6 NAT, such as NAT64, NAT46, and DS-Lite.</li><li>Differentiate and configure standard point-to-point IP Security (IPsec) virtual private network (VPN) tunnels, hub-and-spoke VPNs, dynamic VPNs, and group VPNs.</li><li>Professional knowledge of Juniper Networks SRX and NetScreen</li><li>Strong scripting and automation skills</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong presentation skills.</li><li>Time management skills. </li><li>English language is a must. </li><li>Able to work under high pressure. </li><li>On-call support for critical issues (if required). </li><li>Work on 24/7 shifts that include Mornings/Evenings/Nights duties.
