They are looking for a Network Admin Support Lead to join their team.<p><br></p>The Network Admin Support Lead is responsible to manage the network support team in order to ensure the delivery of all the company’s network and server system services to the users to sustain the business operation by overseeing, planning, and designing the strategies &amp; coordinating with other team members (supervisor, manager) to align it in one common direction.<p><br></p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Design, develop, install, configure, and maintain network operating system software and network infrastructure applications. </li><li>Maintain software installation libraries, monitor directories and domains and audit server logs to identify performance issues and device failures.</li><li>Install server fixes and service packs to maintain reliability and security.</li><li>Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve server connectivity and performance issues, administer network standards including naming conventions and address protocols.</li><li>Monitor, analyze and manage network traffic and other conditions to achieve optimal performance and uptime by analyzing data to minimize network congestion.</li><li>Manage network support management team and coordinate with other IT team members to provide the network/server system services for business use.</li><li>Define the KPIs of team members, evaluate resources and allocate tasks.</li><li>Coordinate with data resource team and technical support team for optimizing the support service to users.</li><li>Ensure the administration, backup/recovery, performance, and security of network/server system to comply service level agreement with the users.</li><li>Maintain state-of-the-art computer room and peripherals.</li><li>Analyze network capacity and growth requirements and recommend network infrastructure upgrades and enhancements to meet long-term the company needs.</li><li>Develops plans for server room expansion including rack space, floor space, cooling and power requirements &amp; installation of server racks, uninterruptible power supplies and other server support equipment.</li><li>Develop specifications for network hardware, software and cabling upgrades and enhancements.</li><li>Design, install and administer new security systems and methods.</li><li>Create and maintains security rights on network resources, maintain and administer the firewall rule base and authentication systems, monitor for network intrusions and security breaches &amp; implement and enforce the enterprise network security policy and remote access standards and guidelines.</li><li>Research and evaluate hardware and software for compatibility, serviceability, design, and performance, Additionally, develop specifications and recommend the purchase of computer/network- related hardware and software.</li><li>Monitor trends and developments in systems, networking and multi-platform communication technologies &amp; consult vendors and other sources on industry and product direction, functionality, and capabilities.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelors in computer engineering</li><li> Minimum 10 years relevant experience</li><li> TCP/IP Networking and complex configuration. </li><li> Training / Certifications: CCNA, CCNP. TCP/IP Networking, CISCO Router/Switch and networking devices.</li></ul>
