<p>Job Title: Naturopath – Medical Director</p><p><br></p><p>Job Summary:</p><p>We are a holistic wellness therapy center seeking an inspired and passionate Dubai</p><p>Health Authority (DHA) Licensed Naturopath to join our team and be our</p><p>Medical/Clinical Director. The successful candidate will be eager to work with</p><p>colleagues from various fields, including complimentary and alternative approaches</p><p>(such as Psychology, homeopathy, osteopathy, etc.), and to enrich the quality of</p><p>wellbeing services that we seek to offer to our clients. The successful candidate will</p><p>be someone who enjoys being part of a wellness team dedicated to creating a</p><p>unique space in Dubai.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead, inspire and support the team to provide the highest quality of care and to</p><p>thrive in their areas of expertise.</p><p>• Collaborate with the Managing Director and the team to create the vision and</p><p>culture of the center.</p><p>• Perform the duties of the Clinical/Medical Director outlined by the DHA</p><p>• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their health concerns and</p><p>gather information about their medical history.</p><p>• Develop customized treatment plans using naturopathic treatment plans, taking into</p><p>account clients’ individual needs and medical history.</p><p>• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal</p><p>health outcomes.</p><p>• Provide education to clients about naturopathy and lifestyle changes that can</p><p>support their overall health and well-being.</p><p>• Maintain detailed and accurate client records and communicate with other</p><p>healthcare providers as needed.</p><p>• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of</p><p>naturopathy.</p><p>• Complete Continuing Education Credits or Continuing Professional Development</p><p>credits and any other DHA requirements to be able to maintain and renew their DHA</p><p>license in a timely manner.</p><p>• Participate enthusiastically in clinical team meetings to discuss cases, offer and</p><p>receive support, share insights, and enrich the sense of mutual support and</p><p>collaboration within the team.</p><p><br></p><p>• Participate enthusiastically in meetings to strengthen the center’s goals of fostering</p><p>authenticity, holistic health and wellbeing values in general.</p><p>• Inform the managing director of any concerns related to issues in clinical practice,</p><p>work-flow and/or issues of community concern to help maintain optimum quality care</p><p>and team culture at the center.</p><p>• Adhere to ethical standards and follow all regulations related to naturopathic</p><p>practice in Dubai, the UAE and the licensing board of their original license (if</p><p>applicable).</p><p>• Familiarize themselves with and follow the center’s policy’s and regulations</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>• Bachelor&amp;#39;s or Master&amp;#39;s degree in Naturopathy or a related field.</p><p>• DHA license as a Naturopath practitioner.</p><p>• Minimum of 4 years of experience providing naturopathic treatments.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of naturopathy and the ability to adapt treatment to meet</p><p>patients&amp;#39; individual needs.</p><p>• Interest in and experienced in naturopathic understanding and treatment of stress &amp;amp;</p><p>trauma related conditions such as:</p><p>- ADHD (and other difficulties focusing)</p><p>- Anxiety</p><p>- Arthritis</p><p>- Chronic Fatigue Syndrome</p><p>- Depression</p><p>- Dissociation</p><p>- Endometriosis</p><p>- Fibromyalgia</p><p>- Hyper/hypo tension</p><p>- Hypervigilence</p><p>- IBS</p><p><br></p><p>- Menopause</p><p>- Migraines</p><p>- Sleep Disturbance</p><p>- Hyper/hypo thyroid</p><p>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and non-</p><p>judgmental approach.</p><p>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p><p>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</p><p>• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are a qualified and experienced Naturopath looking for an exciting opportunity</p><p>to work as part of a unique boutique for wellbeing, we encourage you to apply for this</p><p>role.</p>
