If you’re up for challenging the status quo, join our team of pioneers and make your mark on the future with us.<p><br></p><strong>Do you dare to make an impact?</strong><p><br></p><strong> Your Role</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Identifies business opportunities for Henkel in Modern Trade channel and other key channels. </li><li>Steers business development budgets and defined yearly objectives for Modern Trade channel. </li><li>Translates customers strategy and priorities into a joint business plan. </li><li>Defines channel-specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policies. </li><li>Optimizes sales processes in Saudi, across all regions. </li><li>Steers and supports distributors and internal resources to execute the accounts and channels strategies. </li><li>Delivers National target in terms of NES, OSG and PC%. </li><li>Analyzes financial KPIs and proactively steers Key Modern Trade accounts. </li><li>Develops and maintains sustainable and long-term relationships. </li><li>Develops and maintains strong executive and cross-functional relationships internally. <br><br></li></ul><strong> YOUR SKILLS</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum of 7-10 years working experience, ideally within FMCG, Modern Trade. </li><li>Strong proficiency in English is required, Arabic is a must. </li><li>Self-motivated, driven, energetic with a drive to achieve results. </li><li>Strong follow-up skills and determination to succeed. </li><li>MS Office Proficiency is essential. </li><li>KSA Driving License is required. </li><li>Trips to be planned on quarterly basis in the 3 main regions of Saudi. </li></ul><p><br></p>Henkel is an equal opportunity employer.
