<p>The candidate is accountable and responsible for sales operations and collections from the assigned territory to achieve targeted sales volumes, value and net contribution. This person should have experience in the management of large accounts. This involves building a relationship with the key decision-makers and relevant stakeholders within the <span>Diagnostic</span> industry.</p><p>The person should have the maturity to deal with multiple levels of stakeholders in the account and in the organization. This person will be an individual contributor but an influencer in this matrix.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Increase competitive advantage and drive customer satisfaction by building trust and developing strong relationships.</li><li>Add value in every interaction by working together with customers and internal teams to develop beneficial solutions for their business.</li><li>Provide higher and differentiating value not by what you sell – but by β€˜How’ you sell.</li><li>Meet/exceed targets for sales and margin.</li><li>Develop awareness/sales in the product range to increase margin.</li><li>Demonstrate strategic agility in approach to customers and projects (solutions must be tailored to meet individual customer needs).</li><li>Implement agreed strategies across defined accounts while maintaining and developing existing business.</li><li>Drive new and existing opportunities by managing territory appropriately to maximize the number of customer visits.</li><li>Call customers frequently to create opportunities for selling the portfolio of products.</li><li>Understand customer profiles, be able to identify trends and opportunities that will generate sales.</li><li>Utilize local and global internal (cross-functional) and external contacts to help achieve targets.</li><li>Utilize CRM database to manage customer relationships, interactions and information that will increase effectiveness and aid sales.</li><li>Plan, forecast and achieve objectives and Key Performance Indicators in territory/ accounts, using pre-call planning for increased effectiveness.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li><li>Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions within time constraints.</li><li>Lead and facilitate the development of staff.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Education: B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Chemistry or any other related discipline.</li><li>Experience: min 6 years of sales experience in Chemical / Life Science or Equipment industry with min. 2 years of experience at the same level in a similar industry.</li><li>Certification(s): Insert required certification is required.</li><li>Collaboration Tool: Microsoft Teams experience is required.</li><li>Leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to drive Sales Team.</li><li>Understanding of customer and market dynamics.</li><li>Achievement orientation.</li><li>In-depth knowledge and marketing dynamics of domestic Fine Chemical business.</li><li>Interpersonal skills.</li><li>Communication skills.</li><li>Time management and prioritization.</li><li>A good understanding of products, promotions, services- and solution offerings for customers.</li><li>Must have an in-depth understanding of relationship types and buyer behaviors.</li><li>Broad understanding of Product &amp; Service portfolio In-depth understanding of the different functions and their role Fluent in oral and written English and Arabic.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>At DNA Recruitment we carefully review all applications and aim to contact every suitable candidate within max. 5 working days.
