Job Description

To perform professional manicure, pedicure, paraffin treatments, Gel application, Acrylic (Liquid &amp; Powder Enhancements) and Gel Extensions. To provide and maintain the highest standard of services, recommendations for client homecare, daily operational procedures and overall excellent client care.<p><br></p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> To be a team player to ensure the highest possible standards of service delivery.</li><li> Be welcoming, friendly, professional and tactful in all communications with clients.</li><li> Perform full consultation with the clients to understand their nail condition and needs.</li><li> Provide excellent manicure and pedicure services.</li><li> Provide paraffin treatments &amp; perform excellent Gel, Acrylic and Gel Extensions application.</li><li> Recommend a nail care program as per the clients needs.</li><li> Discuss with clients the various treatment options and their cost implications.</li><li> Responsible for serving clients in an appropriate and professional manner, understanding the clients needs and making sure of client satisfaction.</li><li> Educating the clients and recommending products to help the clients maintain perfect nail/hand/feet conditions.</li><li> Attending all required technical training sessions, nail seminars and keeping up to date with new products, techniques and trends and reviewing trade publications.</li><li> Retailing appropriate nail care products.</li><li> Ensure that personal grooming and appearance standards are maintained at all times.</li><li> Maintain and update equipment, products, services and standards as required.</li><li> Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating clients in these areas.</li><li> Promote the products and services.</li><li> Communicate to management any and all occurrence involving staff or clients in the salon that require attention.</li><li> Handle clients questions and concerns professionally and courteously.</li><li> Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by clients ensuring complete client satisfaction.</li><li> Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.</li><li> Maintain confidentiality and the highest degree of professional ethics at all times.</li><li> Perform any other related duties as determined necessary by management.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications/Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Minimum of 3 years experience as a manicurist/pedicurist.</li><li> Minimum of 3 years experience as a Nail Technician.</li><li> Appropriate training, experience and certification.</li><li> Available to work on various schedules including weekends and holidays.</li><li> Excellent communication skills.<br><br></li></ul>
