As a <span>Multimedia Manager</span>, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all multimedia-related activities and projects within our school.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Multimedia Department is:</strong></p><p>Responsible for creating and producing various forms of multimedia content using text, audio, images, videos, animations, and graphics. They utilize specialized software and tools to develop engaging and interactive media materials such as videos, webpages, presentations, and animations. Their goal is to enhance communication and deliver information in a visually appealing and effective manner.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive multimedia strategy aligned with the school’s vision and goals.</li><li>Lead and supervise a team of multimedia professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback.</li><li>Collaborate with the Marketing department and with the other departments to integrate multimedia elements into various school initiatives.</li><li>Oversee the creation and production of multimedia content, including videos, Audios, webpages, graphics, and other digital materials.</li><li>Ensure the delivery of high-quality multimedia projects that align with the school’s brand guidelines and standards.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in multimedia production to enhance the overall quality of deliverables.</li><li>Manage multiple multimedia projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed within the allocated timeframes and budget.</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as teachers, administrators, and marketing teams, to gather project requirements and specifications.</li><li>Monitor project progress, resolve any issues or bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery of all multimedia assets.</li><li>Collaborate with various departments to identify multimedia needs and develop creative solutions to meet those needs.</li><li>Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing clear instructions, feedback, and updates throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Master’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.</li><li>Additional certifications or training in multimedia production and project management are a plus.</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience in multimedia production, including Filmmaking, video editing, graphic design, web development, and interactive multimedia.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing successful multimedia projects and a track record of leading multimedia teams.</li><li>Proficiency in multimedia software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), web development platforms, and multimedia editing software and AI powerful tools for multimedia.</li><li>Familiarity with emerging multimedia technologies and trends.</li><li>Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.</li><li>Strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.</li><li>A creative mindset with a passion for multimedia production and staying up-to-date with industry trends.</li><li>Ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions to enhance multimedia content.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>If you are a highly skilled and motivated individual with a passion for multimedia production and education, we encourage you to apply for the position as <span>Multimedia Manager </span>at EnToneYo’s Way School.
