<br><strong>Description And Requirements</strong><p><br></p>As <strong>Motorola Sr Sales Manager – Operators MEA</strong>, reporting to the General Manager, MBG MEA you will identify new business opportunities in order to generate sales/revenue, improve profitability and grow Motorola Operator Business by handling the assigned strategic partners, as part of a high-performance team, the leader in innovations and relevant brand as Motorola (Mobile Business Group from Lenovo).<p><br></p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p>This role is more sales driver and development-oriented:<p><br></p><strong>In this role you will:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Prepare, build & implement yearly/quarterly business cases and strategies for the assigned key accounts and channels</li><li>Create and execute the marketing initiatives and sales programs to increase market share and inhouse shares with the partners by working closely with the marketing teams</li><li>Lead the optimal sales strategy that will allow to meet the sales target by analysing the channel accounts and products</li><li>Manage the Sell In process with each partner via the appointed distributor or directly</li><li>Support the Sell Out process to achieve the partner KPI</li><li>Manage inventory and take appropriate measurements to avoid excess or out-of-stock situations</li><li>Coordinate internal and external resources to align key stakeholders, product strategy and business strategy with the strategy of the assigned accounts</li><li>Develop, implement and refine new initiatives with the partners to achieve better visibility in the various channels.</li><li>You will improve and nurture the relationship with Lenovo sales structure in order to maximize the impact on Customers (End users and Partners)</li><li>You will do a periodic analysis of Pipeline and Opportunities with the EMEA Operator Sales Leader</li><li>You will do a periodic analysis of sell-in performance vs. forecast/quarterly plan with the EMEA Operator Business Sales Leader</li><li>You will identify & implement initiatives to maximize mix, margin and overall product contribution to the portfolio & business</li><li>You will ensure accurate forecasting for relevant products; co-owner (with Sales) for the country’s forecast</li><li>You will collaborate with the Product team to identify the future needs of end-users</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum 12 years of product and/or business management experience</li><li>Strong & demonstrable commercial/customer understanding; extremely commercially astute</li><li>Strong understanding of channel management or channel-based sales models</li><li>Experience with technology products, ideally from Phone industry</li><li>Strong influencer: able to convince a sales team</li><li>Confident presenter: able to present ideas/strategies/products in a clear, concise, and convincing manner</li><li>Good networking skills; facility in communicating across the company matrix</li><li>Experience with customers/channel partners β confident to present & engage with</li><li>Good analytical approach: be able to quickly draw conclusions from company data or market research</li><li>Comfortable with financial management and P&Ls</li></ul><p><br></p><strong> What We Offer</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>A multitude of professional and personal development opportunities</li><li>Ultra flat structures, fast decision-making processes and a constant focus on customer requirements</li><li>An international team with a high focus on diversity & inclusion</li><li>Attractive compensation package</li><li>β¦and a lot of fun: We like to celebrate our successes!</li></ul><p><br></p><em>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.</em><p><br></p><strong>Additional Locations</strong>:<p><br></p><ul><li> United Arab Emirates – Dubai</li><li> United Arab Emirates</li><li> United Arab Emirates – Dubai</li></ul>
