<p>SHARMAX MOTORS Is looking for experienced Motorcycle and Motorsport Technicians. The ideal candidate must be well informed and experienced in the motorsport mechanical, repairs, servicing and assembly.</p><p><br></p><p>Salary and Benefits </p><p>AED3,000 Basic + Bonus on target achievement and performance.</p><p>Resident Sponsorship Visa</p><p>Positive Work Environment</p><p>Industry Professional Trainings</p><p>Opportunity for growth</p><p><br></p><p><span>Job Responsibilities</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>1) Technical know how on all types of Motorcycles (On road/Off road/Dual Purpose/Cruisers/Sport Bikes/Scooters /Mopeds etc.) and All-Terrain Vehicles.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>2) Provide Technical support to Distributors (GCC, Middle East and African countries)</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>3) Assembly of semi-assembled Motor equipment</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>4) Identify and implement potential opportunities, working processes that increase the workshop performance and revenue and manage the development of new system and process to tap the potential opportunities.</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><span>Skills</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>• Experience in Motorcycles/Automobile industry with deep knowledge in service area</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>• Background must be in the areas of technical expertise on Automobile / Motorcycle Product etc., • Dealer experience preferred.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>• Proven ability to be self-directed and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>• Soft Skills – Computer literate Basic Knowledge of computer use.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>• Fluency in English is mandatory. Arabic language proficiency is added benefit</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>• Ability to respect & communicate with seniors of different nationalities</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>• Excellent Customer relations skills</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Previous experience: 2yrs minimum</span></p>
