<p>Quest LLC is recruiting for its esports Multimedia department in Qatar. We are looking for an organized and creative Motion Graphics Designer, passionate about esports and gaming culture, to work as part of the creative team and assist in the operation of content creation, social media, and presentations.</p><p> </p><p><strong>What is the role?</strong></p><p>As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will deliver 2D and 3D animated branding, entertainment content, promos, and TVCs that push creative boundaries. You will be part of an expanding post-production team.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Strong understanding and execution of design, typography, color, and composition</li><li>Proactively test &amp; learn the best solutions/tools for the job; demonstrate a constant development of skills and exploration of new techniques</li><li>Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere, Cinema4D, 3dmax, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent industry-standard software.</li><li>Develop strong relationships with Editors &amp; Designers, Creatives, Director and Producers across Quest</li><li>Collaborate with Creatives, Directors, and Producers to effectively deliver their vision; participating in the creative process and offering your ideas and creative solutions</li><li>Ensure brand guidelines are understood and adhered to</li><li>Interrogate all delivery specs, perform quality control, and ensure all projects are delivered correctly and to exemplary standards Accurately archive all projects, rushes, and raw footage.</li><li>Help to drive and deliver best-in-class creative output across the Post-Production Department</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What sort of person are we looking for?</strong></p><ul><li>Passionate about solving design problems and developing original visual solutions</li><li>Innovative and creatively minded</li><li>A self-starter who works well under direction</li></ul><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent file management and attention to detail</p><ul><li>A good understanding of end-to-end Post-Production workflows</li><li>Good technical knowledge of codecs, aspect ratios, and file formats both for broadcast and online delivery</li><li>Technically able to translate creative ideas into video</li><li>Familiar with online gaming culture and YouTube’s general aesthetics and rules</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About QUEST Esports</strong></p><ul><li>QUEST Esports is one of the leading esports organizations in the Middle East and North Africa.
