Job Description

<p>We’re seeking a creative individual who is capable of creating engaging content, specifically around Real Estate. The ideal candidate would be proactive, efficient, organized, and skilled at their craft.</p><p><br></p><p>Salary Range: 5000 – 8000 AED</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.</li><li>Understand project requirements and ideas.</li><li>Pitch creative concepts and execute them accordingly</li><li>Collaborate and ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.</li><li>Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.</li><li>Study existing visuals, identify flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities.</li><li>Execute packaging and offline marketing design projects from concept through to completion.</li><li>Work with our sales and growth team to develop innovative concepts and designs.</li><li>Craft Brand Guidelines for the company based on internally approved specifications</li><li>Should be comfortable working with video and generating motion graphics</li><li>Work with copywriters to produce the final design</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Communications, Art, or similar.</li><li>Experienced with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and using any other state-of-the-art graphic design software is a big plus.</li><li>Knowledge of fundamental digital design principles that affect typography, composition, color, use of space, and information hierarchy.</li><li>A talent for creativity and problem-solving.</li><li>Portfolio of work</li></ul>
