<p>About&nbsp;<strong>NAF</strong>:</p><p>Nabdh Al-Amal Foundation (NAF) for Community Development is a humanitarian, non-governmental and non-profit youth organization, founded by the efforts of university students as a volunteer team under the name “Team of Hope” in the year 2015 after thousands of Iraqi families were displaced to the Debaga and Erbil camps, and the “Hope Team” at that time had a role Big in helping displaced families by providing them with adequate food and shelter thanks to the donations of benefactors and philanthropists. In the middle of 2017, the Foundation was officially registered in the Non-Governmental Organizations Department under the name “Pulse of Hope Foundation for Community Development” and it continued to carry out its humanitarian and charitable activities in the governorates of Mosul, Baghdad, Salah al-Din, and Anbar. Its headquarters moved from Baghdad Governorate to Anbar Governorate in 2020, to be in the Ramadi district, the center of the governorate. The Pulse of Hope Foundation works in the fields of development in all its forms (training, capacity building of youth, job opportunities, supporting the economy, agriculture, …) and also worked in the field of relief, and the field of urbanization, according to the needs of reality and the ability and expertise of the Foundation. The Foundation has a good human resource of staff and volunteers, as there are 10 volunteer teams in 10 different districts in Anbar and Mosul, and it consists of 130 active volunteers with a ratio of 3:1 males and females. The Foundation is managed by 8 full-time employees with different specializations and postgraduate degrees from different countries. The Foundation has executive and strategic working partnerships with more than 14 international and local institutions and organizations, including USAID, UNDP, GIZ, ONSUR, JUST HUMAN, IOM, and others. The number of individual beneficiaries until the end of the year 2021 reached more than 265,000 beneficiaries in various fields of the foundation’s work.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Information</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Contract Duration: 7 Months</p><p>Governorate: Anbar – Ramadi</p><p>Job Shift: Full-Time</p><p>Working Hours:&nbsp;48h per week</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Requirements</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Minimum Education: bachelor’s degree</p><p>Minimum Experience:&nbsp;1 Year</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Published Date:&nbsp;</strong>2023-04-30</p><p><strong>Deadline Date:&nbsp;</strong>2023-05-05</p><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY OBJECTIVES/RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p><span>- Assist in the process of&nbsp;rolling out monitoring and evaluation tools to the field and provide field teams with technical support in implementation. This includes supporting and facilitating training workshops for field staff on monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.</span></p><p><span>- Monitor project outputs track progress towards indicators and capture case studies and stories from the field.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;Support the management of outsourced research activities including monitoring contract deliverables and timeframes, and overseeing data quality control systems</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;Prepare scope of work with Human Resources for the recruitment of data collectors, enumerators and study implementers.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;Supervise and train part-time data collectors and enumerators to ensure high-quality data capture.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;Provide reliable and effective data collection, administration, information management and filing support to the Programme Development Department.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;Manage information requests from external partners including the Protection Cluster and sub-clusters.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;Conduct regular field visits to monitor program implementation as well as assist teams with monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and information management.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;Write and edit internal narrative reports.</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;Support donor liaison and answer any queries where necessary.</span></p><p><span>Undertake other tasks reasonably expected of her/him by Programme Development Department.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span><strong>Qualifications &amp; Preferred Skills</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;University degree in Project management, Statistics, Demography, Sociology, Business Administration or </p><p>related discipline, or equivalent experience.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum 1 year’s work experience in monitoring, evaluation, program development, grant management and/or project support functions with non-governmental organizations.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in data entry, spreadsheets, database management and analysis.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrated ability to effectively process and consolidate information and documentation from multiple locations.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in setting up and managing administration, filing and project management systems.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Understanding of grants management – ability to provide the necessary support to Programme Development department.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Skill in working under pressure of deadlines, establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in research methods an asset.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>How To Apply&nbsp;</strong></p><p><span>In order to submit an application, all candidates are invited to fill the following Google form by clicking on the link below:</span></p><p>https://forms.gle/V5wmt7zrzBA5rcYQ6</p><p><br></p>
