What you will be doing: 

• You will be responsible in combining elixirs and creating extraordinary cocktails & will be responsible for achieving service excellence in bar operations.
•  Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons.
•  Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks. 
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
•  Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods.
•  Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
•  Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
•  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
•  Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Your experience and skills include:

• At least 4 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience in the luxury or upscale segment is preferred.
• Excellent communications skills, both in written and verbal is required.
• Strong guest relations and problem solving abilities.
