<strong>Purpose of the job</strong><p><br></p>As a Middleware Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying middleware solutions that enable our products to scale and perform optimally. If you are a passionate problem solver with a strong technical background, we want to hear from you!<p><br></p><strong>Accountabilities And Duties</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Support production environments for multiple applications. Ensure the environments are healthy and all integration points configuration are working as designed.</li><li> Configure , install, and deploy functioning applications in the development , testing, and production environment.</li><li> Create new environments to support business requirements.</li><li> Diagnose and troubleshoot errors related to environments and provide workarounds and permanent solutions.</li><li> Develop health checks and automations for the running services to ensure availability.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Key Results Areas</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Team development and retention</li><li> Timely met customer requirements</li><li> Trainings for the teams conducted on a periodic and efficient manner</li><li> Goals set are achieved by team work </li><li> 100% utilization of resources ensuring improved processes</li><li> Best practices documented to be followed by team to ensure team development</li><li> All policies implemented<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Experience and Qualifications Required:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor of computer science or equivalent</li><li> 2-5 years of experience in relevant IT / Telecom organizations</li><li> 2-5 years of experience in the IT middleware application servers field.</li><li> Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.</li><li> Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li> Knowledge of Unix, like basic commands and shell scripting, is a must.</li><li> Application server experience is a must ( Jboss ,tomcat)</li><li> System administration experience is a plus</li><li> Excellent English language is a must.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Competencies Required:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Technical Expertise</li><li> Decision Making </li><li> Quality Oriented</li><li> Time Management</li><li> Workload and Stress Management</li><li> Analytical Thinking</li><li> Problem solving</li><li> Conceptual thinking</li><li> Presentation<br></li></ul>
