Job Description

<p>Job duties include,</p><p>-All processes related to instruction, planning, evaluation inside the classroom, as well as all duties pertaining to ELA teachers.</p><p>-Developing yearly, monthly, weekly and daily lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum and guidelines of the school.</p><p>-Directing the learning process toward the achievement of school prescribed curriculum goals and in harmony with these goals, establishing clear objectives for all lessons, units, projects, etc.,</p><p>-Fostering a positive classroom environment that promotes the student’s learning process.</p><p>-Supervising and regulating the classroom during assigned periods.</p><p>-Setting high standards for student classroom behavior.</p><p>-Evaluating students’ learning strengths and weaknesses, adapting teaching methods and strategies accordingly.</p><p>-Keeping record of student performance and noting any at risk learners as early as possible. Communicating student progress to concerned parties in a timely manner.</p>
