<p>We are an MEP contracting company with great growth and success potential. We are currently looking to recruit an MEP Project Manager to work with the MEP Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of the assigned projects, within budget and schedule. Reporting to the MEP Director, the MEP PM will represent the company on different projects and will make sure that all project aspects from Engineering, Procurement and Construction are professionally handled. The MEP PM will manage the contractual communication with the clients, will report progress to all concerned, invoice and follow up collection, and will be responsible of the HSE requirements on site.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s degree</p><p>- PMP certification is a plus</p><p>- 7+ years of MEP Project Management experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical Low Voltage, Electrical Extra Low Voltage, BMS, etc.)</p><p>- Understanding of shop drawings, schematic and single line diagrams, equipment and material selection</p><p>- Strong technical and commercial, client facing, communication and negotiation skills</p><p>- Strong project management skills, including time, quality and cost control</p><p>- Very good knowledge of AutoCAD</p><p>- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel</p><p>- Good command of English and Arabic, verbal and written&nbsp;</p><p>- Great attention to details, autonomous and delivering on commitments</p>
