Our extensive range of interior services includes furniture, furnishing, and any other kind of interior decoration work required when it comes to providing turnkey solutions for commercial, residential, hospitality or industrial establishments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Job Description</em></strong></p><p><strong>Role:</strong>&nbsp;MEP Project Engineer</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Project planning and scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, considering the scope of MEP works, available resources, and project milestones.</li><li>Coordinate with other project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of MEP systems.</li><li>Budget management: Prepare detailed budgets for MEP systems, considering material costs, labor expenses, equipment rentals, and other project-related expenses. Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Material procurement and coordination: Identify MEP equipment, materials, and systems required for the project and ensure their timely procurement from approved suppliers and manufacturers.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery to the project site.</li><li>Design coordination: Collaborate with architects, consultants, and other engineering disciplines to ensure the seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall project design. Review design drawings, resolve conflicts, and provide technical support.</li><li>Site supervision and coordination: Oversee on-site MEP activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards</li><li>Subcontractor management: Assist in the selection and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, monitor their performance, and resolve any site-related issues.</li><li>Progress monitoring and reporting: Monitor MEP installation progress, track productivity, and report on-site activities to the project manager. Provide regular updates on construction milestones, challenges, and potential delays.</li><li>Quality assurance and control: Establish and implement quality control measures for MEP systems, ensuring compliance with relevant UAE regulations and industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify the quality of MEP installations.</li><li>Risk management: Identify and assess potential risks and challenges associated with MEP works. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize project delays and cost overruns.</li><li>Project documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, change orders, and correspondence. Prepare regular progress reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders.</li><li>Health and safety compliance: Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols on the construction site, adhering to UAE regulations and best practices. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Trakhees and DM approved</li><li>At least 4 years of MEP experience in the interior fitout and construction industry</li><li>Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to create accurate technical drawings.</li><li>Site experience and ability to instruct installation teams on execution</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders</li><li>Ability to meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Degree or diploma in an MEP engineering discipline</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Type: </strong>Full-time</p>
