At Atkins, we’re not just embracing change – we’re driving it.<br><br><strong><u>Responsibilities<br><br></u></strong>As a member of the Building Design team, you will be involved in real projects from day one, with exposure to some of the most demanding projects. We recognize that people are the key to our success and we ensure that we provide them with a varied workload and encourage them to extend themselves in order to reach their potential.<br><ul><li>Provide local leadership of the Building Services team primarily based in Riyadh but also elsewhere across the Kingdom.</li><li>Represent Atkins on a daily basis to all project stakeholders including our Clients, the Contractor & the Project Manager.</li><li>Act as Key Account Manager for several key clients within KSA, build relationships and generate new and repeat business.</li><li>Demonstrate an existing network of client contacts within KSA would be advantageous although not essential.</li><li>Demonstrate experience working with offshoring production offices in India for example, or elsewhere would be advantageous although not essential.</li><li>Experience on design and build project would be advantageous although not essential.</li><li>Demonstrate a broad understanding of all Building services design elements and be able to coordinate closely with the other disciplines.</li><li>Strong communication skills will be required to interact with project stakeholders, where necessary explaining and protecting our designs and providing direction to our design team.</li><li>Commercial awareness is essential with an understanding and ability to administer Change Control.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Requirements<br></u></strong><ul><li>B.E / B. Tech or M.E / M. Tech Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree from a recognized University.</li><li>20+ years’ experience in mega projects</li><li>The ability to think laterally and possess a sound understanding of engineering principles.
