<strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Coordinates the process of generating and managing digital models of places; building information models are virtual files that help with decision-making during the building process</li><li>Review of 3D Models</li><li>Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using NavisWorks</li><li>Manage Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit</li><li>Hold weekly coordination meetings with project team members</li><li>Early design review and constructability analysis</li><li>Manage / Update BIM Project Documents</li><li>3D Model Quantity Extraction / Verification</li><li>4D Scheduling / Simulation using Autodesk NavisWorks<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Must have minimum 8-10 years of experience in MEP works</li><li>3D modeling and graphic imaging software (Autodesk, 3D Slash, Cinema 4D, Adobe, Corel, etc.)</li><li>Computer-aided design software (Microsoft Visio, Visual Architect, TurboCAD, etc.)</li><li>Office software (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel)</li><li>Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks &amp; AutoCAD</li><li>Advanced PC skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook &amp; PowerPoint)</li><li>BIM knowledge and interest in working with Architectural firms<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>EDUCATION AND TRAINING:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering</li><li>Must have good experience in MEP works preferably from a consultancy firm<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Vertical: Engineering</strong>
