We are also the leading supplier of new-space SAR satellite missions to governments and large organizations. Our satellites acquire images of Earth at any time – even when it’s cloudy or dark – providing commercial and government partners with unmatched persistent monitoring capabilities. Information derived from our SAR images helps customers make data-driven decisions to address time-critical challenges in various sectors, such as maritime, disaster management, defence &amp; security, insurance, and finance.<br><br><strong>What are we looking for?<br><br></strong>ICEYE, the leading new-space Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellite company, is expanding its MENA satellite missions business and is looking for a world-class sales manager in the UAE.<br><br>About the role?<br><br>As the <strong>MENA Sales Manager</strong>, you will support the MENA Vice-President to execute the sales strategy for both missions and data.<br><br><strong><u>Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Support the MENA Vice President to deliver a regional strategy for Missions and Data</li><li>Together with the MENA VP, identify and qualify opportunities that will close in that continue to develop the pipeline for 2024+</li><li>Report to the Heads of Missions and Data businesses on opportunities progress, including capture plans, deal reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, Miller Heimann Blue Sheets and regular campaign updates</li><li>Meet with customers at an operational level to drive opportunities to close</li><li>Ensure Salesforce CRM is up to date across all MENA opportunities</li><li>Represent ICEYE at exhibitions and events, as required, and support preparations </li><li>Contribute to the proposal production for quotes, RFI’s and RFP’s</li><li>Ensure all necessary relationships with internal stakeholders are managed in support of delivering to the customer needs</li><li>Track competitor activity and provide timely updates on competitor news and intelligence to the team<br></li></ul><strong><u>Requirements<br><br></u></strong><strong>Must have: <br></strong><ul><li>3 years experience in complex sales, ideally aerospace and defence to execute complex strategic sales thinking and the application of a professional sales process</li><li>Lives in the UAE</li><li>Educated to University level at least</li><li>Fluent in English in both written and spoken</li><li>Have produced capture plans and deliver upon win strategies</li><li>Have a focus on customer success and a proven track record of closing sales based on value</li><li>Strong desire to prove themselves, with a hunger to excel in the industry</li><li>Strong fundamental sales skills</li><li>Experience in conducting lead qualification, development of opportunities, conducting gate reviews with management, leading multi-department team, bid-no bid reviews, understanding competitive analysis</li><li>Charismatic and exceptional communication abilities</li><li>Experience of using SalesForce or other CRM</li><li>Willing to travel as required<br></li></ul><strong>Preferred</strong>:<br><ul><li>Fluent in Arabic in both written and spoken</li><li>Sales training in Miller Heineman, Korn Kerry, Shipley or similar<br></li></ul><strong><u>Benefits<br></u></strong><ul><li>A job that matters in a dynamic New Space environment with a scale-up approach</li><li>An independent role with a supportive and diverse work environment</li><li>A yearly benefit budget to spend as you wish (i.e. on Bupa, Auntie, language learning, coaching, Reward Gateway)</li><li>Time for self-development, research, training, conferences, or certification schemes</li><li>Inspiring and collaborating offices<br></li></ul><strong>Diversity&amp; inclusion</strong> are core values at ICEYE.
