The Company is acting worldwide from our headquarter in Europe (Spain) and our centers in India, China and Middle East leading projects in the Upstream, Downstream, Circular Economy and Transition Energy.</span></p><p><span>If you are interested in contributing with your ideas, designs, management and commitment to better solutions globally in the Energy Process Industry this could be your place.</span></p><p><span>We are currently seeking a MENA MARKETING AND SALES DIRECTOR to be located in DUBAI (UAE) to join our teams based in Spain, India and Middle East, to lead the Sales and Marketing activities within the company in MENA Region.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong> </strong><strong><u>About The Role:</u></strong></p><p><span>To generate and maintain good collaborative relationships over time with current and potential customers in the MENA Region, in such a way that the company receives the necessary volume of inquiries of interest to present technical and commercial proposals to current and potential customers.</span></p><p><span>To organize and coordinate the follow-up activities of the proposals in progress with the aim of closing the contracts that maximizes the profitability of the company.</span></p><p><span>To stay up to date and to explore the local market to have the most up-to-date information in relation to the Company’s current and potential Suppliers, maintaining the appropriate relationship with them in order to optimize the costs of said supplies and at the same time to guarantee the quality levels and compliance with customers requirements. To guarantee the transfer of the knowledge acquired in relation to the above to limit the risks of the commercial proposals presented to the Clients.</span></p><p><u>Marketing related tasks: </u></p><p><span>- To plan and coordinate the implementation of marketing activities in the region.</span></p><p><span>- To perform a market analysis in UAE and GCC Region with regard to the Oil & Gas, Energy and Environmental Sectors.</span></p><p><span>- To prepare the Marketing Plan for UAE and GCC market.</span></p><p><span>- To perform introduction meetings with prospective Clients in UAE and GCC region.</span></p><p><span>- To attend local and international exhibitions, when necessary.</span></p><p><u>Commercial related tasks: </u></p><p><span>- To plan and coordinate the performance of Commercial activities.</span></p><p><span>- To prepare the Commercial Plan for MENA region in cooperation with the HQ office.</span></p><p><span>- To list the potential clients in UAE and GCC region as well as with its strategy to approach them.</span></p><p><span>- To lead the registration and prequalification processes with Clients in the region.</span></p><p><span>- To perform visits to current and potential clients where agreed.</span></p><p><span>- To lead and monitor the proposals for the Clients in the region (participation in proposals clarifications stages with Clients).</span></p><p><u>Contracting related tasks:</u></p><p><span>- To perform cost analysis of sub-vendors in cooperation with HQ office </span></p><p><span>- To perform cost analysis of Proposals </span></p><p><span>- To participate in the negotiation to close the contracts with potential clients and vendors in cooperation with the HQ office</span></p><p><span>- To manage of claims from Clients of any nature (when applicable)</span></p><p><span>- To cooperate with HQ office in the cost estimation of Feasibility Studies, FEED Packages and EPC Projects</span></p><p><span>- To prepare and coordinate ITB’s for vendors for FEED and EPC Projects in cooperation with HQ office </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong><u>About You:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Bachelor (degree). Specify: Preferably Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 10 years experience in similar function.</li><li>Experience in companies providing engineering services to the Oil and Gas, Chemical, Refining or Petrochemical Industry.</li><li>Fluent in English and good knowledge of Arabic is valued</li></ul><p><span>.</span></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong><u>Other Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Good knowledge on equipment and packages for the Oil and Gas industry.</li><li>Good knowledge on Energy and Environmental facilities is valued.</li></ul><p><br></p>
