Responsible for overall experience of member within membership club and that includes food offering, drinks offering, service standards, membership acquisition, retention, members events, communication and content.
Oversee the introduction and growth of the Ned membership community. Member acquisition will be the primary responsibility with the role split between administrative tasks (60%) as well as hosting events and being present ‘on the floor’ (40%).

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical duties
- With support from the Head of Membership, devicee and implement strategies to support the submission of applications to the Club, thus ensuring a strong membership ‘wait list’.
- To understand in detail the Ned application journey and be seen as the expert on all matters relating to it.
- To oversee the approval process for Ned Membership, including the review and rating of all applications received on a weekly basis.
- In collaboration with the Head of Membership and Member Event Manager, actively participate in the creation of monthly Ned member events.
- To ensure that ‘End of Day’ reports are distributed with accurate member feedback that can be used to identify opportunities and address shortcomings.
- To produce weekly rotas for Ned Friend Ambassadors to ensure there is the right amount of resource, in the right place, at the right time.
- To manage the grooming, appearance and general behaviour standards of Ned Friend Ambassadors, ensuring the best possible impressions are always conveyed
Leadership
- To be the ‘face’ of Ned Friends membership, through hosting events, organising new member mixer meeting’s and responding to written correspondence as required.
- Work with key operational managers to gather feedback and ensure the member experience is aligned to expectations and overall Ned Friends membership proposition.
- To use the Salesforce CRM to produce timely and accurate management information that reports on the membership performance.
- To coach and train any Ambassador or member of staff that needs direction or help in being able to confidently promote the Membership ‘ABC’.
Other
- To assist on bigger Member events (Ned’s Club + Ned Friends) when required by the team, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
- To process ad hoc information or respond to requests by key stakeholders at short notice
- To be fully conversant with all Departmental and Company fire and emergency procedures
- Additional objectives and responsibilities can be added at any time, depending on the need of the business and hotel
