<p>We are seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our unique pain management products to new and existing clients and identifying new business opportunities in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and have a proven track record of sales success.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Purpose</strong>:</p><p>The Professional Medical Representative is responsible for maximizing the sales of products through the different sales &amp; promotion activities within a certain geographic territory across UAE. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Number of vacancies</strong> :</p><p><strong>Two vacant positions</strong> , one allocated for Abu Dhabi and one for Dubai </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Engaging the Healthcare personnel HCPs virtually and Face to face.</li><li>Distribute knowledge using guidelines through product samples, marketing literature, clinical trials related to his products to help the company and other healthcare professionals take the best decisions.</li><li>Follow-up by daily visits to HCPs and nursing staff specially at the ER departments to gather feedback and questions regarding experience with our Pain management products.</li><li>Providing approved information to HCPs on our products, e.g. proper medical usage, application amounts and side effects (if any).</li><li>Providing feedback to area sales manager on customer requests, responses to promotions and product access.</li><li>Follow up of stock, consumption, sell out and ordering process especially in Hospitals. </li><li>Attending seminars and participate in setting up sales demonstration and exhibition.</li><li>Presenting reports according to sales manager recommendations and market needs.</li><li>Update his customer list according to the targeting process by understanding customer’s segmentations and customer insights.</li><li>Understand customer disease management needs.</li><li>Stand accountable for all customers e-mails, phone calls related to business.</li><li>To meet and match in achieving his sales targets monthly, quarterly and annually</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience and Knowledge</strong>:</p><ul><li>Medical or pharmaceutical education background.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same position and field across UAE market. Fresh graduates are also welcomed</li><li>Strong selling skills and self motivated personnel.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent communication, selling skills, negotiating skills</li><li>With driving License and own car will be preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
