<p><span>We are seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our medical anti-viral disinfection products to new and existing clients and identifying new business opportunities in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and have a proven track record of sales success.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span> Job Purpose:</span></p><p><span>The Professional Medical Disinfection Representative is responsible for maximizing the sales of products through the different sales &amp; promotion activities within a certain geographic territory across UAE.</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>Responsibilities:</span></p><ul><li>Engaging the Healthcare personnel HCPs virtually and Face to face.</li><li>Distribute knowledge using guidelines through product samples, marketing literature, clinical trials related to his products to help the company and other healthcare professionals take the best decisions.</li><li>Follow-up with HCPs to gather feedback and questions regarding experience with our disinfection products.</li><li>Providing approved information to HCPs on our products, e.g. proper medical usage, application amounts and side effects (if any).</li><li>Providing feedback to sales management on customer requests, responses to promotions and product access. </li><li>Follow up of stock, consumption and ordering process especially in Hospitals , Large enterprise sector and institutions.</li><li>Attending seminars and participate in setting up sales demonstration and exhibition.</li><li>Attending regular sales meetings with sales manager, general meetings, and cycle meetings.</li><li>Presenting reports according to sales manager recommendations and market needs.</li><li>Update his customer list according to the targeting process by understanding customer’s segmentations and customer insights.</li><li>Understand customer disease management needs.</li><li>Stand accountable for all customers e-mails, phone calls related to business.</li><li>Monthly report for sales, activities, market feedback, threats &amp; opportunities.</li><li>To meet and match in achieving his sales targets monthly, quarterly and annually </li></ul><p><span>Experience and Knowledge:</span></p><ul><li>Medical or pharmaceutical education background is a must.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same position and field across UAE market.</li><li>Strong sales record in the last 2 years is a must</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Science graduate is a must</li><li>Must have UAE experience on the same field at least 4-5 years.</li><li>Excellent communication, selling skills, negotiating skills </li><li>With driving License and own car</li></ul><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>About the Company: </strong></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>Medicals Express is an exclusive distributor in UAE, Jordan &amp; Turkey for famous world-wide since 1900 as one of the major brand names for disinfectants.</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>In cooperation with our partners, we continuously open up new sales markets, market segments, and areas of application. </span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>Our diverse workforce represents the patients we serve and the communities in which we operate.</span></p><p><span>We look forward to reviewing your application and thank you for your interest.</span></p><p><br></p>
