Day- to-day operations</li><li>Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work. Job Specific Accountabilities</li><li>Plans and conducts visits to Healthcare professionals, to promote assigned products, disseminate product information, convey company messages, and achieve monthly sales target.</li><li>Maintains strong product and medical knowledge in assigned therapy area, in order to stay up to date with current innovations and technology and help promote Hikma products.</li><li>Follows up on and reviews Hikma products’ performance within the market through clients responses and competitor activities, to monitor Hikma’s positioning in the market.</li><li>Monitors and analyses data and market conditions, in order to identify competitive advantage.</li><li>Reviews sales performance and develop marketing plans, in order to achieve monthly sales objectives.</li><li>Generates the needed reports including business intelligence reports, market survey reports, competitors’ activities reports, and events feedback reports, in order to assess performance and achieve goals.</li><li>Prepares timely planning, feedback and sales documentation/sales reports, to ensure optimum territory coverage and monitor competitor activities.</li><li>Orients new sales representatives regarding areas of operations and assigned pharmacies, to support them in achieving monthly sales target.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p>EXPERIENCE, &amp; SKILLS:<p><br></p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy .</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Minimum Experience</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>0-3 years relevant experience in the commercial department, preferably key account management</li></ul>
