My role right now as we build out our anifrolumab sales team is really selling AstraZeneca. We have a lot of talented people raising their hand, asking to join this sales team for good reason. We have a great product that will ultimately help patients but more than that, we have a great company and a great company culture that every candidate that I talked to when they do their research, they always come back and say, I’ve heard nothing but great things. As a new employee myself, I can attest to that fact, I talked to three or four people that I have a lot of respect for that are now at AstraZeneca before I joined the company. And again, heard nothing but good things and two months in, I can definitely attest that that was all factual as well. So really, really great opportunity for us to grow our business, bring in talented people who share our mission and share our vision. And when I tell people our core vision and core mission statement, they’re very relieved to hear that because so many good people out there want to work for a company like AstraZeneca, one that they can be proud of and one that they will work incredibly hard for.
