Could this be you?</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Call new leads and explain about services/treatments, what we can do to help and to book in for consultation or virtual consultation</li><li>Follow-up with existing or old leads/clients</li><li>Providing online support to new or old leads/clients</li><li>Book treatments/procedures</li><li>Providing after care customer service</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications / Skills</strong>:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.</li><li>Proven experience working as a Patient coordinator – Must have a <strong>minimum of 2 years</strong>’ work experience in <strong>sales, telesales and aesthetic clinic</strong></li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office.</li><li>Strong negotiation and consultative sales skill.</li><li>Strong communication, analytical and creative skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience with CRM or other software’s.</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills.</li><li>Fluent in speaking English.</li><li>Other language is a bonus</li></ul><p> </p><p>If you believe you’re the right person for this role, apply today!</p><p> </p><p><br></p>
