<p>Vacancy for an Arabic Speaking Medical Receptionist at: </p><p><strong>THE EMIRATES EUROPEAN MEDICAL CENTRES</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Location: Dubai, UAE</p><p>Umm Suqeim 2 & Jumeirah 1</p><p><br></p><p><strong>JOB TITLE: MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST (ARABIC SPEAKER)</strong></p><p><strong>REPORTS TO: HEAD RECEPTIONIST </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY: </strong></p><p>The Emirates European Medical Centres are vibrant and busy complementary medicine facilities. Our receptionists provide a high quality, responsive service to all patients, ensuring that they handle enquiries efficiently and in accordance with the practice requirements. We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, experienced receptionist, who has excellent customer service and organisation skills, to join our team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job responsibilities: </strong></p><p>• Welcome patients as they enter the clinic, in a warm and friendly manner</p><p>• Translate, in person and in writing, for doctors and management</p><p>• Make, confirm and move appointments, in person and on the telephone</p><p>• Liaise with doctors</p><p>• Answer and make phone calls in order to handle appointment queries, route calls to the correct person and handle complaints</p><p>• Explain our price structure, discounts for courses of treatment and take payments</p><p>• Make summaries of daily payments</p><p>• File and retrieve records, documents and reports</p><p>• Responsible for room bookings</p><p>• Follow up on calls, messages, mail and emails </p><p>• Ordering stationery and office supplies</p><p>• Provide general administrative support and other secretarial tasks, as required</p><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>• Minimum experience of at least 3 years, preferably as a Medical Receptionist, but other relevant sales and receptionist experience will be considered</p><p>• Fluent Arabic and English languages essential</p><p>• Relevant degree appreciated but not essential, high school completion essential</p><p>• Above average skills with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)</p><p>• Must be flexible with working hours and be able to travel between the two clinics locally</p><p>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages</p><p>• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines</p><p>• Good organisational and time management skills</p><p>• Excellent interpersonal skills </p><p>• Honest, reliable and detailed oriented</p><p>• Discrete, with a thorough understanding of confidentiality issues</p><p>• Well-groomed appearance</p><p> </p><p> </p>
