Medical Sales Representative & Product Specialist – Wound Care (Full-time)

Location: Qatar

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative & Product Specialist to join our growing team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for business development and a solid track record of achieving sales objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, clinicians, and procurement teams
  • Secure product approvals through New Product Evaluation committees
  • Foster key opinion leaders (KOL) for peer-to-peer selling opportunities
  • Differentiate our offerings from competitors with effective product presentations and value proposition reinforcement
  • Create and execute strategic account plans for optimal territory management
  • Maximize customer-facing opportunities through efficient pre and post-call planning
  • Coordinate and deliver customer education programs in collaboration with Marketing and other sales teams
  • Manage customer requests and issues related to billing and product administration
  • Promote distance education programs in territories with remote geographies
  • Complete all administrative duties, including expense reports and sales reports, in a timely manner
  • Participate in all reasonable work activities as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related medical field/Business administration
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience in the medical industry, with advanced wound care experience and multilevel account management skills
  • Strong presentation skills, demonstrating clinical and economic data with ease
  • Excellent negotiation skills and communication abilities, with the ability to lead and coach others
  • Knowledge of healthcare segments to strategically allocate resources and investment spending
  • Strong analytical skills, able to analyze sales reports and data to develop business plans and increase sales
  • Independent self-starter with the ability to work efficiently
  • Adaptable to internal and external business and climate changes, with the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Willing to travel for business and corporate functions as required
  • Results-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant tools
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and writing)
