Job Description
<p>Paid Media Specialists will typically work within a larger digital marketing team and report directly to the marketing leader to ensure paid media strategies are aligned with overarching marketing goals. Their daily responsibilities may include:</p><p><br></p><p>· Execute the developed strategy for all client’s paid online campaigns including:</p><p>- Social ads: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok and Instagram ads</p><p>- Google Ads: Search engine marketing (SEM); Google Display Network (GDN) and other Banner ads; Video ads on Youtube</p><p>. Leading the delivery and execution of campaigns</p><p>. Assisting in the development of insights for reporting, laddering up to the ‘so-what?’</p><p>. Owning the building of new performance media campaign accounts ensuring a high level of detail is observed and aligned to the client brief</p><p>. Owning the loading of monthly budgets and management of budget pacing throughout the month</p><p>. Identifying areas for account improvement </p><p>· Collect data and track the performance of all marketing activities and channels against set KPIs (CPI, CPO, CPA, PPC etc.)</p><p>· Setup for campaigns across platforms</p><p>· Regularly provide analysis on performance against forecasts and make adjustments as necessary to fulfill the set objectives</p><p>· Spearheading relations with the account team working on common accounts to ensure alignment with clients</p><p>· Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on campaigns</p><p>· Innovating to improve performance, growth, and profitability across all channels</p><p>· Share best practices with peers within the group</p><p>. Supporting the team to deliver across account deliverables including reporting, optimization tactics, copy-writing, quality-checks, and best practice</p><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p>· BA/BS in Marketing/Advertising</p><p>· 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing</p><p>· Strong experience with performance marketing and online acquisition tools and networks</p><p>· Acute analytical skills and a data-driven mentality – you know the relevant KPIs and how to work with them</p><p>· Excellent time management and organization skills, comfortable in meeting tight deadlines</p>
