The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing and optimizing advertising space on behalf of Masharia. You will work with multiple media channels, from digital to traditional, to drive brand awareness and achieve our marketing goals.</p><p><br></p>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the company’s business objectives and advertising strategy.</li><li>Research and identify media buying opportunities across a variety of channels, including digital, print, radio, and television.</li><li>Negotiate and purchase advertising space and time slots that align with the company’s marketing objectives and target audience.</li><li>Evaluate the success of media strategies and campaigns, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize results.</li><li>Monitor and optimize spending on campaigns, ensuring a high return on investment.</li><li>Develop strong relationships with media sales companies.</li><li>Stay current with trends in media buying and the software industry to recommend adjustments to strategies and budgets.</li></ul><p><br></p>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of media buying experience, preferably in the technology or software industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of the media landscape and experience buying media across multiple channels.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Proficient in media buying software and tools.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li>A diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Flexibility in work arrangements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Masharia is an equal opportunity employer.
