Job Description:<br>Our company is looking for a creative Mechanical Engineer to work on all product stages from research and development to design and manufacture, through to installation and final commissioning. The selected candidate will be in charge of the entire process of manufacturing including but not limited to sketching, designing, fabrication and supervision. <br>The ideal candidate should have a strong insight in research and development with solid mechanical background and will be a part of the R&D team. <br>The goal is to design and fabricate mechanical components of innovation and excellence.<br>Responsibilities:<br>β’ Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement).<br>β’ Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements.<br>β’ Produce outline designs.<br>β’ Conduct experiments methodically, analyze data and interpret results.<br>β’ Test and evaluate theoretical designs in terms of feasibility and workability. <br>β’ Identify, formulate, and produce effective solutions to emerging problems.<br>β’ Evaluate final productβs overall performance, reliability, and safety.<br>β’ Alter and modify design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions.<br>β’ Estimate budget and scope of project.<br>β’ Align with the 3D design team to ensure concepts are generated as intended. <br>β’ Solicit observations from operators.<br>β’ Prepare product reports and documentation.<br>β’ Engage in lifelong learning and develop new theories or methods.<br>Qualifications:<br>β’ Proven working experience in mechanical engineering.<br>β’ Working experience with product lifecycle management (PLM), finite element analysis (FEA) and preferably computational fluid dynamics (CFD).<br>β’ Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAM) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAE).<br>β’ Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other).<br>β’ Adequate knowledge of engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, ProMechanica or similar).<br>β’ Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science etc.<br>β’ Creativity and analytical skills.<br>β’ Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.<br>β’ Technical writing skills.<br>β’ BSc degree in Engineering.
